Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings - Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages - Assist with administrative and personal tasks as required - Prepare reports, documents, and presentations - Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning when needed - Maintain records, files, and important documents - Liaise with internal teams and external partners when necessary

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred) - Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management - High level of professionalism and confidentiality - Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks - Ability to speak Mandarin will be considered an advantage - Experience Level Based on Portofolio
